PERFORMANCE AND SUPERVISION. The Employee shall follow the direction of the Employer, learn his/her routine and exercise reasonable care, skill, and diligence in performing the services set out herein. The Employee shall perform the duties required of him/her by the Employer and shall act in accordance with all reasonable, lawful direction given to him/her by the Employer. The Employee shall be provided with all necessary information regarding the policies and procedures of the Employer and his/her operations required in the performance of the services set out herein. CONFIDENTIALITY The Employee shall keep confidential any information obtained about the Employer, the Employer's family or the Employer's routine activities of living in the course of his/her employment, except where that information is required for the functioning of the Employer, in which case, the Employee shall give the information only to the party which requires the information. Upon direction by the Employer, the Employee shall keep confidential any other matters concerning the Employer.
PERFORMANCE AND SUPERVISION. 5.1 Bosse shall exercise the reason▇▇▇▇ care, skill, and diligence in performing the services set out in this Agreement consistent with a senior executive of a similar company at a similar stage in its development as LG. 5.2 Bosse shall perform the duties ▇▇▇▇▇red of him by the LG Board and shall act in accordance with all reasonable, lawful directives given to him by the LG Board and shall report from time to time, as may be required, to the LG Board concerning his assigned tasks and activities, but no less often than every second regularly scheduled meeting of the LG Board. 5.3 Bosse shall use his best effor▇▇ ▇▇ promote the interests of LG, shall not disclose the business of LG, and shall not use for his own purposes or for the purposes of any other organization or individual any information he may acquire concerning the operation of LG. 5.4 Bosse shall be provided wit▇ ▇▇l necessary information regarding the policies and procedures of LG or as required by the LG Board and its operations required in the performance of the duties set out in this Agreement, as they are amended from time to time.
PERFORMANCE AND SUPERVISION. Veridian designated representative will decide whether any work performed is satisfactory and acceptable, and the interpretation of the drawings and specifications shall be at the sole discretion of Veridian. Furthermore, the Contractor must arrange for and conduct a Post Construction Inspection site meeting to be attended by representatives of all joint use utilities/companies, and Veridian within two weeks after completion of the project. AGREEMENT AND GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT If unacceptable work is found at any time, the Contractor, upon notification of such unacceptable work, will take steps to correct or re-do any such work. Where Veridian deems necessary, such notification will be by registered mail and corrective action shall be initiated within five (5) working days. Failure to so respond shall result in cancellation of the Contract. Any payment then made will be based on pro-rata, per unit quantities of acceptable work performed, less costs assessed by Veridian for correction of any deficiencies noted above. Such cancellation will result in automatic forfeiture of the deposit.

After consultation with the Employee, the Employer shall reconsider the need for performance appraisals on an annual basis. In the absence of regular formal performance appraisals, it will be the responsibility of the President of the Employer to advise the Employee of instances when the Employee's performance does not meet the standard set out in this agreement. 5.4 The Employee shall use his best efforts to promote the interests of the Employer, shall not disclose the business of the Employer, and shall not use for his own purposes or for the purposes of any other organization or individual any information he may acquire concerning the operation of the Employer. 5.5 The Employee shall be provided with all necessary information regarding the policies and procedures of the Employer and its operations required in the performance of the services set out in this Agreement, as they are amended from time to time.
