Performance Between Threshold and Target. If the Company’s Percentile Rank is between “Threshold” and “Target,” the percentage of the maximum RSUs granted to the Participant under the Agreement that shall vest pursuant to Section 1(c) of the Agreement shall equal (a) 8.33% of the RSUs granted under the Agreement plus (b) an additional percentage of the maximum RSUs granted to the Participant under the Agreement, which percentage shall be determined in accordance with the following formula: (PR — 50) x 8.34 10 where, PR equals the Percentile Rank of the Company, as determined above.

  • Ongoing Performance Measures The Department intends to use performance-reporting tools in order to measure the performance of Contractor(s).   • Performance Period This Agreement shall be performed during the period which begins Oct 01 2020 and ends Sep 30 2022. All services under this Agreement must be rendered within this performance period, unless directly specified under a written change or extension provisioned under Article 14, which shall be fully executed by both parties to this Agreement.

  • Performance Levels (a) The Performance Levels which apply to the performance by the respective Parties of their obligations under this Agreement are set out in Part 1 of Schedule 5. Where there is no next Billing Period, Aurizon Network must pay such amount to the Operator within fourteen (14) days after receipt of a Tax Invoice from the Operator. (d) The Parties must, if requested by either Party, meet to review the Performance Levels subject to such review not occurring within six (6) Months after the Commitment Date or any previous review of the Performance Levels.   • Goal The goals of the Department’s grants are to: 1. Reduce delinquency, increase offender accountability, and rehabilitate juvenile offenders through a comprehensive, coordinated, community-based juvenile probation system;

(b) The Minimum Quarterly Distribution, First Target Distribution, Second Target Distribution and Third Target Distribution, shall also be subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 6.9.

  • Annual Performance Review The Employee’s performance of his duties under this Agreement shall be reviewed by the Board of Directors or a committee of the Board of Directors at least annually and finalized within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the annual audited financial statements. The Board of Directors or a committee of the Board of Directors shall additionally review the base salary, bonus and benefits provided to the Employee under this Agreement and may, in their discretion, adjust the same, as outlined in Addendum B of this Agreement, provided, however, that Employee’s annual base salary shall not be less than the base salary set forth in Section 4(A) hereof.
