Performance by CBSW Sample Clauses

Performance by CBSW. Subject to the provision by Client of the Client Development Materials, CBSW will use reasonable efforts to perform, directly or, subject to approval by Client (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld), through a Third Party contractor, each Development Plan in a professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. CBSW will use reasonable efforts promptly to notify Client of any material delays that arise during the performance of a Development Plan.
