Common use of Performance by Collateral Agent of Grantor's Obligations Clause in Contracts

Performance by Collateral Agent of Grantor's Obligations. If the Grantor fails to perform or comply with any of its agreements contained herein and the Collateral Agent, as provided for by the terms of this Agreement and following reasonable notice to the Grantor, may itself perform or comply, or otherwise cause performance or compliance, with such agreement, and the expenses of the Collateral Agent incurred in connection with such performance or compliance shall be payable by the Grantor to the Collateral Agent on demand and shall constitute Obligations secured hereby.

Performance by Collateral Agent of Grantor's Obligations. If the Grantor fails to perform or comply with any of its agreements contained herein and the Collateral Agent, as provided for by the terms of this Agreement and following reasonable notice to the GrantorSecurity Agreement, may shall itself perform or comply, or otherwise cause performance or compliance, with such agreementagreements, and the expenses of the Collateral Agent incurred in connection with such performance or compliance shall be payable by the Grantor to the Collateral Agent on demand and shall constitute Obligations secured hereby.

If the Grantor fails to perform or comply with any of its agreements contained herein and herein, the Collateral Agent, as provided for by the terms of this Agreement and following reasonable notice at its option, but without any obligation so to the Grantordo, may itself perform or comply, or otherwise cause performance or compliance, with such agreementagreement (with, if no Default or Event of Default shall have occurred and the expenses of the Collateral Agent incurred in connection with such performance or compliance shall be payable by the Grantor continuing, notice to the Collateral Agent on demand and shall constitute Obligations secured herebyGrantor).

If the Grantor fails to perform or comply with any of its agreements contained herein and the Collateral Agent, as provided for by the terms of this Agreement Amended and following reasonable notice to the GrantorRestated Security Agreement, may shall itself perform or comply, or otherwise cause performance or compliance, with such agreement, and the expenses of the Collateral Agent incurred in connection with such performance or compliance compliance, together with interest thereon at a rate per annum specified in the last sentence of the first paragraph of the Notes, shall be payable by the Grantor to the Collateral Agent on demand and shall constitute Obligations secured hereby.
