Performance by Inspecting Professional Sample Clauses

Performance by Inspecting Professional. Lender shall exercise commercially reasonable efforts to cause the Inspecting Professional to deliver its report on any Draw Package in a timely manner so as to facilitate the disbursement of the Advance requested therein no later than ten (10) Business Days after Borrower’s delivery to Lender of such Draw Package.
