Common use of Performance by Lender of Borrower's Obligations Clause in Contracts

Performance by Lender of Borrower's Obligations. If Borrower fails to perform or comply with any of its agreements contained herein and Lender, as provided for by the terms of this Agreement, shall perform or comply, or otherwise cause performance or compliance, with such agreements, the reasonable expenses of Lender incurred in connection with such performance or compliance, together with interest thereon at a rate per annum equal to the default rate applicable to the Loans as set forth in this Agreement, shall be payable by Borrower to Lender on demand, and Borrower's obligations to make such payments shall constitute Obligations secured hereby.
