Performance by Pfizer’s Affiliates or Sublicensees. For avoidance of doubt, any actions taken by Pfizer’s Affiliates or Sublicensees (or their respective subcontractors) under this Agreement shall be treated as actions taken by Pfizer in regard to satisfaction of the requirements of this Section 4.2.
