Common use of Performance by Secured Party Clause in Contracts

Performance by Secured Party. If Debtor fails to perform any of its obligations hereunder, Secured Party may, at its sole discretion, pay or perform such obligations for Debtor's account and may add any cost or expense thereof to the obligations secured hereby.

Performance by Secured Party.
