Performance by the Administrative Agent, etc. If the Borrower or any other Loan Party shall fail to perform any covenant or agreement in accordance with the terms of the Loan Documents, the Administrative Agent may perform or attempt to perform, or may cause any Lender (with the consent of such Lender) to perform or attempt to perform, such covenant or agreement on behalf of the Borrower or such other Loan Party (as applicable). In such event, the Borrower shall, at the request of the Administrative Agent, promptly pay any amount expended by the Administrative Agent or the Lenders in connection with such performance or attempted performance to the Administrative Agent at its Principal Office, together with interest thereon at the applicable Default Rate from and including the date of such expenditure to but excluding the date such expenditure is paid in full. Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is expressly agreed that neither the Administrative Agent nor any Lender shall have any liability or responsibility for the performance of any obligation of the Borrower or any other Loan Party or any other Person under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents.
