Performance by the Agent. If the Borrower, the Servicer or any Aircraft Subsidiary fails to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement or any other Loan Document in a timely fashion, the Agent shall be entitled, but not obliged, to perform such obligation at the expense of the Borrower and without waiving any rights that it may have with respect to such breach.
