Performance by the Holders. Any obligation of the Owner Trustee hereunder or under any Operative Agreement or other document contemplated herein may be performed by the Holders (or by one (1) of them with the written consent of the other) and any such performance shall not be construed as a revocation of the trusts created hereby.
