Performance by the Pledgee of the Pledgor’s Obligations. If the Pledgor fails to perform any agreement or obligation contained herein, the Pledgee itself may perform, or cause performance of, such agreement or obligation, and the expenses of the Pledgee incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by the Pledgor pursuant to Section 8 hereof.
