Common use of Performance by USCC, the Transferor, the Issuer, the Performance Guarantor, the Originators and the Indenture Trustee Clause in Contracts

Performance by USCC, the Transferor, the Issuer, the Performance Guarantor, the Originators and the Indenture Trustee. All of the conditions precedent set forth in the Indenture have been satisfied and all of the terms, covenants, agreements and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Indenture, each other Transaction Document to be complied with and performed by USCC, the Transferor, the Issuer, the Servicer, the Performance Guarantor, the Originators or the Indenture Trustee, as the case may be, by the date hereof have been complied with or otherwise waived by the Managing Agents.

Performance by USCC, the Transferor, the Issuer, the Performance Guarantor, the Originators and the Indenture Trustee.
