PERFORMANCE CULTURE. CSIRO will ▇▇▇▇▇▇ an environment in which exemplary standards of performance and behaviour of individuals and teams are recognised and rewarded through consistently applied and transparent processes.
PERFORMANCE CULTURE. A system that engages, develops, and inspires a di- verse, high-performing workforce by creating, implementing, and maintain- ing effective performance management strategies, practices, and activities that support mission objectives. The standards for the performance culture system require an agency to have—
(1) Strategies and processes to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ a culture of engagement and collabora- tion;
(2) A diverse, results-oriented, high- performing workforce; and
(3) A performance management sys- tem that differentiates levels of per- formance of staff, provides regular feedback, and links individual perform- ance to organizational goals.
