Performance Due On Day Other Than Business Day. If the time period for the performance of any act called for under this Agreement expires on a Saturday, Sunday or any other day on which banking institutions in the State of California are authorized or obligated by law or executive order to close (a "Holiday"), the act in question may be performed on the next succeeding day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday.
