Performance during Dispute and Claim Resolution Process. Unless otherwise directed in writing by the Judicial Council, Consultant shall diligently proceed with performance of the Services at the same time that a dispute is addressed via this dispute resolution process. Consultant’s failure to diligently proceed with performance of the Services will be considered a material breach of this Agreement.
