Performance During Dispute. 18.5.1 Pending the submission of and/or decision on a Dispute by AERC, the Parties shall continue to perform their respective obligations under this Agreement, subject to any interim order that may be passed by AERC, without prejudice to a final adjustment in accordance with such decision by AERC.
