Common use of Performance During Dispute Clause in Contracts

Performance During Dispute. Performance of this Concession Agreement shall continue during the settlement of any Dispute under this Article 27. The provisions for dispute settlement shall be binding upon the successors, assigns and any trustee or receiver of either the Authority or the Concessionaire.
