Performance during probation. If the Employer identifies conduct or performance issues during the probationary period, the Employer will counsel the Employee during the Probationary Period in relation to their conduct or performance and provide a written record of such counselling to the Employee. Unless the employment is terminated earlier in accordance with clause 18.3(f), at the completion of the Probationary Period the Employee’s employment is confirmed.
