Performance Goals and Performance Cycle. Subject to the terms of the Plan, the Performance Shares held by Participant shall vest and be paid in shares of Common Stock only to the extent the Performance Goals established as specified in Attachment A to this Agreement are satisfied within the period of time set forth in Attachment A as the Performance Cycle.
