Contracting and Subcontractors With any contractor or subcontractor, Sub-Recipient must have a contract that complies with applicable HUD requirements and regulations. All work or services covered under this Agreement, which is contracted by the Sub-Recipient shall be subject to all provisions of this Agreement. Sub-Recipient shall require any third party to complete with all lawful requirements necessary to ensure the Project is carried out in accordance with the Agreement.
