The Grantee shall be exempt from payment of all unemployment compensation, FICA, retirement, life or medical insurance, and Worker's Compensation Insurance.

Sub-Recipient shall require any third party to complete with all lawful requirements necessary to ensure the Project is carried out in accordance with the Agreement.
