The Performance Measurement System clause establishes the framework for evaluating and tracking the performance of parties under an agreement. Typically, it outlines the specific metrics, benchmarks, or key performance indicators (KPIs) that will be used to assess whether contractual obligations are being met, and may detail the frequency and method of reporting results. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear, objective basis for measuring success and addressing underperformance, thereby promoting accountability and transparency throughout the contract term.
Performance Measurement System. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is requiring grantees to implement a performance measurement system that gathers information to determine how the programs or projects are meeting local needs. City staff will establish the most appropriate performance measure and shall be fully described in Exhibit “A”.
Performance Measurement System. (a) The Contractor must design and construct the Performance Measurement System in accordance with the Management Specifications and the Management Plan.
(b) The Contractor must ensure that the Performance Measurement System performs and is maintained in accordance with the Management Specifications and the Management Plan throughout the period from the Commencement Date to the Expiry Date.
