Performance Metric Report Clause Samples

Performance Metric Report. As soon as reasonably practicable following the close of every school year, but no later than December 1, Tenant shall provide Landlord with a report (the Performance Metrics Report) in a form reasonably satisfactory to Landlord, which contains all information reasonably required by Landlord to confirm Tenant’s compliance and progress with respect to each of the Performance Metrics. Tenant’s failure to timely deliver the Performance Metrics Report is grounds for termination by Landlord.
