Common use of Performance of Acts on Business Days Clause in Contracts

Performance of Acts on Business Days. In the event that the final date for payment of any amount or performance of any act hereunder falls on a Saturday, Sunday or federally recognized bank holiday, such payment may be made or act performed on the next succeeding business day. As used in this Agreement, the term “business day(s)” shall mean and refer to a day which is not a Saturday, Sunday or federally recognized bank holiday.
