Common use of Performance of Agreements; Instruments of Transfer Clause in Contracts

Performance of Agreements; Instruments of Transfer. The Purchaser --------------------------------------------------- shall have fully performed in all material respects all obligations, agreements, conditions and commitments required to be fulfilled by the Purchaser on or prior to the Closing Date and shall have tendered to the Shareholders the documents, instruments and certificates required by Article 8 hereof.
