Performance of Association Documents Clause Samples

Performance of Association Documents. Portsmouth Borrower shall fully and faithfully pay or cause to be paid when due and payable all assessments (whether regular or special), common charges and other charges payable by Portsmouth Borrower or Portsmouth Operating Tenant under the Association Documents and shall perform or cause to be performed as and when due each of its material obligations under the Association Documents in substantial accordance with their respective terms, and shall not cause or suffer to occur any breach or default in any of such obligations.
