Common use of Performance of Covenants and Agreements Clause in Contracts

Performance of Covenants and Agreements. All of the covenants and agreements of Buyer contained in this Agreement and required to be performed by Buyer on or before the Closing Date shall have been performed in all material respects, and Buyer shall have executed and delivered to Seller at Closing a certificate to such effect.
