Common use of Performance of Covenants by the Purchaser Clause in Contracts

Performance of Covenants by the Purchaser. The Purchaser shall have fulfilled or complied with all covenants herein contained to be performed or caused to be performed by it at or prior to the Time of Closing, and the Purchaser shall have delivered a certificate of a senior officer to that effect. The receipt of such certificate and the Closing shall not be a waiver of the covenants of the Purchaser which are contained in this Agreement.
