Performance of Debtor Obligations. The Administrative Agent may perform or pay any obligation which any Debtor has agreed to perform or pay, but has failed to timely perform or pay under or in connection with this Agreement, and each Debtor shall reimburse the Administrative Agent on demand for any amounts paid by the Administrative Agent pursuant to this subsection (b).
