Performance of Debtor Obligations. The Administrative Agent may perform or pay any obligation which any Debtor has agreed to perform or pay under or in connection with this Agreement, and the Debtors shall reimburse the Administrative Agent in accordance with the Credit Agreement for any amounts paid by the Administrative Agent pursuant to this subsection (b).
