Common use of Performance of Material Contracts Clause in Contracts

Performance of Material Contracts. Perform and observe, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to perform and observe, all of the terms and provisions of each Material Contract to be performed or observed by it, maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, each such Material Contract in full force and effect, and enforce, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to enforce, each such Material Contract in accordance with its terms.

Performance of Material Contracts. Perform and observe, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to perform and observe, all of the terms and provisions of each Material Contract to be performed or observed by it, maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, each such Material Contract in full force and effect, and enforce, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to enforce, each such Material Contract in accordance with its terms, except in each case where the failure to do so could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Performance of Material Contracts. Perform and observe, and cause each of its their Subsidiaries to perform and observe, all of the terms and provisions of each Material Contract to be performed or observed by it, maintain, and cause each of its their Subsidiaries to maintain, each such Material Contract in full force and effect, and and, subject to the exercise of reasonable business judgment, enforce, and cause each of its their Subsidiaries to enforce, each such Material Contract in accordance with its terms.
