Common use of Performance of Material Contracts Clause in Contracts

Performance of Material Contracts. Perform and observe, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to perform and observe, all of the terms and provisions of each Material Contract to be performed or observed by it except where the failure to so perform or observe could not be reasonably expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.
