Common use of Performance of Obligations of Bancorp Clause in Contracts

Performance of Obligations of Bancorp. Bancorp shall have performed in all material respects all obliga- tions required to be performed by it under this Agreement at or prior to the Closing Date, and CBI shall have re- ceived a certificate signed on behalf of Bancorp by the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Financial Officer of Bancorp to such effect.

Performance of Obligations of Bancorp. Bancorp shall have performed in all material respects all obliga- tions of the agreements, covenants and obligations in this Agreement required to be performed by it under this Agreement at on or prior to the Closing Date, and CBI shall have re- ceived a certificate signed on behalf of Bancorp by the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Financial Officer of Bancorp to such effectEffective Time.

Performance of Obligations of Bancorp. Bancorp shall have performed in all material respects all obliga- tions covenants, obligations and agreements required to be performed by it under this Agreement at or prior to the Closing Date, and CBI . Allaire shall have re- ceived received a certificate signed on behalf of Bancorp by the xx xxx Chief Executive Officer and or the Chief Financial Officer of Bancorp to such effect.

Performance of Obligations of Bancorp. Bancorp shall have performed in all material respects all obliga- tions agreements, covenants and obligations required to be performed by it under this Agreement at or prior to the Closing Effective Time, including, without limitation, the establishment of the Retention Pool, and the Company shall have received a certificate, dated the Effective Date, and CBI shall have re- ceived a certificate signed on behalf of Bancorp by the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Financial Officer an executive officer of Bancorp to such effect.
