Common use of Performance of Obligations of the Shareholders Clause in Contracts

Performance of Obligations of the Shareholders. The Shareholders shall have performed and complied with all the covenants, agreements, obligations and conditions required by this Agreement to be performed or complied with by the Shareholders at or prior to the Effective Date.
