Performance of Obligations Pending Resolution of Dispute. (a) Prior to the resolution of a dispute, the parties shall continue to perform their respective obligations under this Agreement to the extent that those obligations are not the subject matter of the dispute. (b) Nothing in this Clause shall prevent a party from choosing to perform an obligation that is the subject matter of the dispute.
