Common use of Performance of Obligations Secured Clause in Contracts

Performance of Obligations Secured. Trustor shall promptly pay when due the principal of and interest on the indebtedness evidenced by the Note, the principal of and interest on any Future Advances, and any prepayment, late charges and loan fees provided for in the Note or in any note evidencing a Future Advance or provided for herein, and shall further perform fully and in a timely manner all other obligations of Trustor contained herein or in the Note or in any note evidencing a Future Advance or in any of the Related Agreements. All sums payable by Trustor hereunder shall be paid without demand, counterclaim, offset, deduction or defense and Trustor waives all rights now or hereinafter conferred by statute or otherwise to any such demand, counterclaim, offset, deduction or defense.
