Performance of Obligations Secured. Mortgagor shall promptly pay when due the principal of and interest on the indebtedness evidenced by the Note, the principal of and interest on any Future Advance, any Prepayment Premium and late charges provided for in the Note or in any note evidencing a Future Advance, and shall further perform fully and in a timely manner all other obligations of Mortgagor contained herein or in the Note or in any note evidencing a Future Advance or in any of the Related Agreements.
