PERFORMANCE OF OBLIGATIONS TO SECRETARY. Notwithstanding any provisions of this Indenture to the contrary, upon termination of the Guarantees pursuant to Section 6.04(a), each of the provisions of the Indenture which refers to the rights and duties of the Secretary shall not be effective and the Sections containing such provisions shall be read as though there were no such rights or duties.
