Common use of Performance of Obligations to Secretary Clause in Contracts

Performance of Obligations to Secretary. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Indenture to the contrary, each of the provisions hereof which requires or permits action by the Secretary, the consent, approval or authorization of the Secretary, the furnishing of any document, paper or information to the Secretary, or the performance of any other obligation to the Secretary, shall not be effective and the Sections containing such provisions shall be read as though there were no such requirements or permissions, after termination of the Guarantees pursuant to Section 6.04(a).
