Common use of Performance of Obligations under Loan Documents Clause in Contracts

Performance of Obligations under Loan Documents. (a) Pay the Loans according to the terms hereof, and Borrower will, and will cause each Subsidiary to, do and perform every act and discharge all of the obligations to be performed and discharged by them under the Loan Documents, including, without limitation, this Agreement, at the time or times and in the manner specified. (b) Make payments hereunder and under the other Loan Documents by or on behalf of Borrower without setoff or counterclaim and free and clear of, and without deduction or withholding for or on account of, any Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes.
