Performance of Obligations Under Professional Services Agreement. Physician shall provide services hereunder in accordance with, and comply with the relevant provisions of, the Professional Services Agreement to ensure that Patients eligible to receive Medical Services under the Indigent Care Agreement receive such services as required of Corporation under the Professional Services Agreement which is incorporated by this reference.
