Common use of Performance of Other Agreements Clause in Contracts

Performance of Other Agreements. Borrower shall observe and perform each and every term to be observed or performed by Borrower pursuant to the terms of any agreement or recorded instrument affecting or pertaining to the Property, or given by Borrower to Lender for the purpose of further securing an Obligation and any amendments, modifications or changes thereto.

The Borrower shall observe and perform each and every term term, covenant and provision to be observed or performed by the Borrower pursuant to the terms of Credit Agreement, the other Loan Documents and, to the extent commercially reasonable under the circumstances, pursuant to any other agreement or recorded instrument affecting or pertaining to the Property, or given by Borrower to Lender for the purpose of further securing an Obligation Property and any amendments, modifications or changes thereto.
