Common use of Performance of Other Parties' Obligations Clause in Contracts

Performance of Other Parties' Obligations. Each of the DFG Companies and the Trust, respectively, shall have performed all obligations required to be performed by them under this Agreement at or prior to the applicable Closing Date.
