Common use of Performance of Purchaser Clause in Contracts

Performance of Purchaser. Parent hereby irrevocably guarantees, and covenants and agrees to be solidarily liable with Purchaser, as principal obligor, for the due and punctual performance of each and every obligation of Purchaser under or relating to this Agreement and the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. Parent shall cause Purchaser to comply with all of Purchaser’s obligations under or relating to the Arrangement and the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Performance of Purchaser. Parent hereby unconditionally and irrevocably guarantees, and covenants and agrees to be solidarily jointly and severally liable with Purchaser, as principal obligor, for the due and punctual performance of each and every obligation of Purchaser under or relating to this Agreement and the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. Parent shall cause Purchaser to comply with all of Purchaser’s obligations under or relating to , the Arrangement and the Plan of Arrangement and the other transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Performance of Purchaser. Purchaser Parent shall cause the Purchaser to perform all of its obligations under this Agreement and hereby irrevocably guarantees, and covenants and agrees to be solidarily jointly and severally liable with Purchaser, as principal obligor, the Purchaser for the due and punctual performance of each and every obligation the obligations of the Purchaser arising under or relating to this Agreement and the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. Parent shall cause Purchaser to comply with all Plan of Purchaser’s obligations under or relating to the Arrangement and the transactions contemplated by this AgreementArrangement.
