Performance of Related Documents. Perform and observe, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to perform and observe, all of the terms and provisions of each Related Document to be performed or observed by it, maintain each such Related Document in full force and effect, enforce such Related Document in accordance with its terms, take all such action to such end as may be from time to time requested by the Administrative Agent and, upon request of the Administrative Agent, make to each other party to each such Related Document such demands and requests for information and reports or for action as any Loan Party or any of its Subsidiaries is entitled to make under such Related Document.
Performance of Related Documents. Perform and observe, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to perform and observe, all of the terms and provisions of each Related Document to be performed or observed by it, maintain each such Related Document in full force and effect, enforce such Related Document in accordance with its terms, take all such action to such end as may be from time to time requested by the Paying Agent and, upon request of the Paying Agent, make to each other party to each such Related Document such demands and requests for information and reports or for action as any Loan Party or any of its Subsidiaries is entitled to make under such Related Document, except, in any case, where the failure to do so, either individually or in the aggregate, would not be reasonably likely to have a Material Adverse Effect.
Performance of Related Documents. Perform and observe, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to perform and observe, all of the terms and provisions of each Related Document to be performed or observed by it, maintain each such Related Document in full force and effect in all material respects, enforce such Related Document in accordance with its terms except when the failure to do so would not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, take all such action to such end as may be from time to time requested by the Administrative Agent and, upon the reasonable request of the Administrative Agent, make to each other party to each such Related Document such demands and requests for information and reports or for action as any Loan Party or any of its Subsidiaries is entitled to make under such Related Document.
Performance of Related Documents. Performance of Related Documents. Perform and observe, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to perform and observe, all of the terms and provisions of each Related Document to be performed or observed by it, maintain each such Related Document in full force and effect, enforce such Related Document in accordance with its terms, take all such action to such end as may be from time to time requested by the Administrative Agent and, upon request of the Administrative Agent, make to each other party to each such Related Document such demands Alliance Resource Fourth Amended and Restated Credit Agreement and requests for information and reports or for action as any Loan Party or any of its Subsidiaries is entitled to make under such Related Document, except, in any case, where the failure to do so, either individually or in the aggregate, would not be reasonably likely to have a Material Adverse Effect.
Performance of Related Documents. Subject to Sections 9.5, 10.5 and 10.6, the Company will perform and observe, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to perform and observe, all of the terms and provisions of each Related Document to be performed or observed by it, maintain each such Related Document in full force and effect, enforce such Related Document in accordance with its terms, take all such action to such end as may be from time to time requested by the Required Holders and make to each other party to each such Related Document such demands and requests for information and reports or for action as the Company or any of its Subsidiaries is entitled to make under such Related Document, except, in any case, where the failure to do so, either individually or in the aggregate, would not be reasonably likely to have a Material Adverse Effect.
Performance of Related Documents. Perform and observe, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to perform and observe, all of the terms and provisions of each Related Document to be performed or observed by it, maintain each such Related Document in full force and effect, and enforce such Related Document in accordance with its terms, except in each case for any action or inaction that could not reasonably be likely to have a Material Adverse Effect.
Performance of Related Documents. (i) Perform and observe in all material respects all the terms and provisions of each Related Document to be performed or observed by it, maintain each such Related Document in full force and effect and enforce in all material respects each such Related Document in accordance with its terms, in each case except to the extent that the failure to so act could not reasonably be expected to materially adversely affect the interest or rights of the Administrative Agent or the Lenders in any manner and take all such action to such end as may be from time to time reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent and (ii) upon the reasonable request of the Administrative Agent, make to each other party to each such Related Document such demands and requests for information and reports or for action as such Borrower is entitled to make under such Related Document, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to do so.
Performance of Related Documents. Perform and observe, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to perform and observe, all of the terms and provisions of each Related Document to be performed or observed by it, maintain each such Related Document in full force and effect (other than in connection with a BCI Exchange to the extent permitted by Section 5.02), enforce such Related Document in accordance with its terms, take all such action to such end as may be from time to time requested by the Administrative Agent and, upon request of the Administrative Agent, make to each other party to each such Related Document such demands and requests for information and reports or for action BRW or any of its Subsidiaries is entitled to make under such Related Document.
Performance of Related Documents. Perform and observe, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to perform and observe, all of the terms and provisions of each Related Document to be performed or observed by it, maintain each such Related Document in full force and effect, enforce such Related Document in accordance with its terms, take all such action to such end as may be from time to time requested by the Administrative Agent and, upon request of the Administrative Agent, make to each other party to each such Related Document such demands and requests for information and reports or for action as any Loan Party or any of its Subsidiaries is entitled to make under such Related Document except as expressly otherwise permitted under the Bankruptcy Code.
