Common use of Performance of Scope of Project Clause in Contracts

Performance of Scope of Project. The Contractor hereby acknowledges and agrees that it shall perform the Works and the Maintenance Services forming part of the Scope of Project in accordance with this Contract, Schedule 2 (Scope of Project), Schedule 3 (Technical Specifications), and Applicable Laws.
