Performance of Services by Affiliates or Other Persons. The Parties hereby agree that in discharging its obligations hereunder, Rentech may engage any of its Affiliates or other Persons to perform the Services (or any part of the Services) on its behalf and that the performance of the Services (or any part of the Services) by any such Affiliate or Person shall be treated as if Rentech performed such Services itself. No such delegation by Rentech to Affiliates or other Persons shall relieve Rentech of its obligations hereunder.
