Common use of Performance of Transaction Documents Clause in Contracts

Performance of Transaction Documents. The Borrower shall (i) perform and observe in all material respects all the terms and provisions of the Transaction Documents to which it is a party to be performed or observed by it, maintain such Transaction Documents in full force and effect, and enforce such Transaction Documents in accordance with their terms, and (ii) upon reasonable request of the Facility Agent, make to any other party to such Transaction Documents such demands and requests for information and reports or for action as the Borrower is entitled to make thereunder.

Performance of Transaction Documents. (a) The Borrower shall (i) perform and observe in all material respects all the terms and provisions of the Transaction Documents each Material Document to which it is a party to be performed or observed by itparty, maintain such Transaction Material Documents in full force and effecteffect in accordance with their terms (unless replaced in compliance with Section 7.1(t) for the applicable types of Material Documents), and enforce such Transaction Material Documents in accordance with their terms, and (ii) upon reasonable request of the Facility Agent, make to any other party to such Transaction Documents such demands and requests for information and reports or for action as the Borrower is entitled to make thereunder.
