Performance on Business Day. In the event the date on which a party is required to take any action under the terms of this Agreement is not a business day, the action shall, unless otherwise provided herein, be deemed to be required to be taken on the next succeeding business day. For purposes of this section, the term “business day” shall mean Monday through Friday (excluding any legal holidays).
