Performance Percentage. As of the Performance Determination Date, the Performance Percentage shall be determined in accordance with the table below based on the growth of the Company’s per-share Core Adjusted Book Value from the first day until the last day of the Performance Period. If the growth in the Company’s per-share Core Adjusted Book Value during the Performance Period is between the percentages listed on the table below, the Performance Percentage shall be determined using straight line interpolation between the percentages listed on the table below. For example, if the growth in Core Adjusted Book Value determined for the Performance Period is 14.5%, the Performance Percentage shall be 91.67%. Outstanding 18% or higher 200% Target 15% 100% Threshold 12% 50% < Threshold Less than 12% 0% Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the Performance Percentage shall be determined by the Committee and certified by the Committee in writing before any shares of Stock are delivered on or after the Delivery Date (or, if earlier, a 457A Delivery Date as defined in Exhibit A); provided, however, that such determination and delivery of shares of Stock shall be made within the period commencing on the Delivery Date (or, if earlier, a 457A Delivery Date) and ending on the later to occur of: (i) the end of the calendar year in which the such date occurs and (ii) the fifteenth day of the third month following such date.
Performance Percentage. The Performance Percentage shall be dependent on the extent to which the Performance Objective is attained, and shall be determined as follows: 5% or lower 0 % 12% 100 % 19% or higher 200 % The Growth in Book Value Per Share for the Award Period is calculated to the nearest one-tenth of one percent. For GBVPS between 5% and 19%, the Performance Percentage will be determined on the basis of straight line interpolation.
Performance Percentage. The Performance Percentage shall be dependent on the extent to which the Performance Objective is attained, and shall be determined as follows: Performance Objective Performance Percentage 4.6% or lower 0 % 9.6% 100 % 14.6% or higher 200 % For annualized percentage growth between 4.6% and 14.6%, the Performance Percentage will be determined on the basis of straight line interpolation.
Performance Percentage. If the AGO High Stock Price in the Performance Period is between prices listed on the table below, the Performance Percentage shall be determined using straight line interpolation between the percentages listed on the table below. For example, if the AGO High Stock Price determined for the Performance Period is $31, the Performance Percentage shall be 87.75%. In the event that the SOAECR for the Award Period is not a percentage value shown above, the Performance Percentage shall be determined by straight-line interpolation between the two successive SOAECR values from the table above.
Performance Percentage. The "Performance Percentage" for each Management Member (or Ex-Management Member, if applicable) on any date of determination shall be the sum of (a) such Management Member's (or Ex-Management Member's) Vested IPO Percentage (as defined in Section 10.1(a)(iii)), if any, and (b) such Management Member's (or Ex-Management Member's, if applicable) Post IPO Performance Percentage (as defined below).
Performance Percentage. The Performance Percentage applicable to the Units shall be dependent upon the extent to which the Performance Objective is attained and shall be determined as follows: The AECR for the Award Period is calculated to the nearest one-tenth of one percent. In the event that the AECR for the Award Period is not a percentage value shown above, the Performance Percentage shall be determined by straight-line interpolation between the two successive AECR values from the table above.
Performance Percentage. The Performance Percentage shall be dependent on the extent to which the Performance Objective is attained, and shall be determined as follows: For GIBVPS between 4% and 18%, the Performance Percentage will be determined on the basis of straight line interpolation.
Performance Percentage. The Performance Percentage applicable to the Units shall be dependent upon the extent to which the Performance Objective is attained and shall be determined as follows: 99% or higher 0 % 98% 35 % 97% 65 % 96% 85 % 94% 115 % 93% 135 % 92% 165 % 91% or lower 200 % The Adjusted Economic Combined Ratio for the Award Period is calculated to the nearest one-tenth of one percent. In the event that the Adjusted Economic Combined Ratio for the Award Period is not a whole percentage value, the Performance Percentage shall be determined by straight-line interpolation between the two successive whole Adjusted Economic Combined Ratio values from the table above.
Performance Percentage. The "Performance Percentage" for each Management Member (or Ex-Management Member, if applicable) on any date of determination shall be the sum of (a) such Management Member's (or Ex-Management Member's) Vested IPO Percentage (as defined in Section 10.1(a)(iii)), if any, and (b) such Management Member's (or Ex-Management Member's, if applicable) Post IPO Performance Percentage (as defined below).

A Management Member's (or Ex-Management Member's, if applicable) "Post IPO Performance Percentage" shall be the sum of (a) such Management Member's (or Ex-Management Member's, if applicable) Post IPO Remaining Percentage (as defined below) and (b) such Management Member's (or Ex-Management Member's, if applicable) Stub Performance Percentage Allocation (as defined below), if any.
2. A Management Member's (or Ex-Management Member's, if applicable) "Post IPO Remaining Percentage" shall be calculated by dividing (x) the number of Performance Points allocated to such Management Member (or, in the case of any Ex-Management Member, the allocated and retained Performance Points of such Ex-Management Member, if any) by (y) 1000 (or, if the pool of allocated Performance Points has been increased above 1000 (such increased number, the "Total Performance Pool Points"), the Total Performance Pool Points); and then multiplying the resulting quotient by the Total Available Post IPO Remaining Performance Percentage for such date of determination.
3. A Management Member's (or Ex-Management Member's, if applicable) "Stub Performance Percentage Allocation" shall be calculated by dividing (x) the number of Post IPO Awarded Performance Points, if any, allocated to such Management Member (or, in the case of any Ex-Management Member, the allocated and retained Post IPO Awarded Performance Points of such Ex-Management Member, if any) by (y) 120 (or, if the total Post IPO Awarded Performance Points are greater than 120, then such greater number of total Post IPO Awarded Performance Points); and then multiplying the resulting quotient by the Total Stub Performance Percentage for such date of determination.
4.
