Performance Record. As the cables are to be provided for erection in a harsh environment, suppliers will be expected to demonstrate satisfactory performance with particular reference to high solar radiation and frequent wind borne sand conditions. Such performance record shall be provided for the cables in a similar climate detailing satisfactory, trouble free operation for a period of at least 5 years.
Performance Record. The Executive understands, acknowledges and agrees that the investment performance record (including without limitation performance ratings or rankings provided by any rating or ranking service) of any fund(s) or accounts of Customers with which he is associated while employed at the Companies is attributable to a team of professionals of the Companies and not solely the efforts of any single individual and that, therefore, the performance records of the fund(s) or accounts managed by the Companies are and shall be the exclusive property of the Companies.

Performance Record. A record of counseling for performance will be retained during the rating period for which it was issued. If the performance appraisal for that year incorporates information in the narrative sections from the counseling record or the counseling is incorporated into a performance improvement plan notice, it may be retained for a longer period.
Performance Record. When choosing between a qualified internal candidate (covered by this agreement) and an external candidate, the internal candidate shall be given preference, if both are determined to be relatively equal.
